Why Drag Out Another Castle Secret?
The Castle writers can’t even deal or write a resolution for Kate Beckett and Richard Castle’s secrets and they bring on another? Now they are juggling three secrets with the who is Castle’s father. Too many secret plot points and I’m not impressed. The Castle powers that be can’t even handle the secrets they have.

I had an idea for this story from a scene early on in season four. It was when Beckett was describing a piece of law to Captain Gates, and she explained her mother had been a lawyer. That comment spurred this story idea and I am also drawing from Nikki Heat taking the exam to be a lieutenant in Heat Rises.
